I can check your installation in your vehicle.  Does your seat overhang the edge of the vehicle seat too much?  Is it independently secure?  Is there a gap between the car seat and the vehicle seat?  Is there overlap between car seats or passengers?  Are you installing it with either the lower anchors or the seatbelt correctly?  Is it adjusted per your child's current height/weight/age?  Are the vehicle headrests appropriately positioned depending on your car seat and your vehicle?

I can check the fit of your child in the car seat.  Is it adjusted per your child's current height/weight/age?  Do the straps pass the pinch (or reverse pinch) test?  Are the straps at the appropriate height?  Is it on the appropriate/required recline for your child's height/weight/age?

I can help make sure that everyone is riding safely in your vehicle.  Is there overlap between seats and/or seatbelts?  Does everyone have head support to at least the top of their ears?  Does the seatbelt fit properly for each person (including adults)?  There are some cars marketed for 5 people that actually only safely fit 4 people, and there are some cars marketed for 7-8 people that won't actually fit that many people depending on the stages of the riders.

I am happy to help you figure out what car seat will work best for your child(ren), vehicle, budget, and lifestyle.  Do you need side-by-side seats?  Do you need slim front-to-back seats to allow for more room in the front row (or second row)? Do you need longer lasting seats due to your child being in the higher percentile for height or weight, or having a longer torso, or even because you have an older vehicle that doesn't have top tethers?  Do you need help with seating arrangements based on seatbelt placement and tether placement?

I can offer suggestions of things to consider for passenger safety for when you are looking at getting a new and/or new-to-you vehicle.  

I can offer tips on traveling with kids: airplanes, rental cars, international travel, road trips, recreational vehicles (RVs, campers, etc), golf carts, older vehicles, U-hauls, public transportation (buses, trains, etc), ride-shares (Uber, Lyft, etc).
